Every year, thousands of VFW and Auxiliary delegates gather to represent the organization’s total membership of more than 1.5 million at the weeklong VFW National Convention. While there, our mission is to approve new national priorities to guide our organization as we lobby Congress on issues important to the nation’s veterans, service members and their families.
Convention delegates also elect new leadership, as well as recognize prominent individuals and organizations for their support of veterans and military personnel.
Scheduled for July 16-21, 2022, the 123rd VFW National Convention will be held in Kansas City, Missouri.

2022 Exhibits – KC Convention
Applications to secure exhibit space are closed as the deadline was April 25. If you are interested in exhibiting at the July 22-27, National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, please email Vanessa Kane at VKane@vfw.org and you will be placed on the invite list for information to go out in late January 2023.
Housing for the 123rd VFW National Convention is now closed for new reservations. Please check availability and rates at properties within Kansas City. VFW Housing does not manage or provide assistance with booking reservations through this site, and room types and rates pull directly from the hotels reservation systems. Please make sure to read all booking policies, which may include advanced payments, non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees. If you have questions regarding the hotel listings and rates, please contact the hotel direct for clarification or to book direct.
